She is a specialist in eye diseases, working at Professor Zagórski Eye Surgery Centres since 1998. She is a co-founder and co-organiser of Professor Zagórski Eye Surgery Centre in Nowy Sącz, where she is a Medical Manager, as well.

Her doctoral thesis „Rhodopsin gene mutations in retinitis pigmentosa patients” was defended with distinction in 2001. The research was done under Professor Zbigniew Zagórski’s supervision. She is an author and co-author of more than 30 publications, including 3 ophthalmology handbooks, e.g. of chapter: “Principles of Vitreoretinal Surgery” in “Peyman’s Principles and Practice of Ophthalmology” Jaypee Brothers. She participated in training internships in the field of ophthalmological microsurgery in Lund (Sweden), Vienna and Schruns (Austria), Bremen (Germany) and Belgrade (Serbia). Translator of Ophthalmology Handbooks e.g. “Ocular Traumatology” by Professor Kuhn, and “Illustrated Guide to Eyelid and Periorbital Surgery” by A. Fratila, A. Zubcov-Iwantscheff and W. Coleman.

Lecturer and speaker at congresses, symposia and scientific webinars. She performs cataract surgeries (including those with the use of premium lenses – toric and multifocal), vitreoretinal surgeries, laser therapy in eye diseases (retinal laser therapy, laser procedures in the anterior eye segment – capsulotomy, iridotomy, ALT/SLT), injections in AMD and other retinal diseases, as well as treatment of ocular surface diseases, including surgeries in ocular surface diseases, e.g. amniotic membrane transplantation in corneal diseases or pterygium surgeries with autograft.

She conducts consultations and surgeries in the Eye Surgery Centres in Nowy Sącz and Nałęczów. She also cooperates with ANIMED Medical Centre in Janów Lubelski and OCHO in Kraków, Rzeszów, and Lutsk (Ukraine).
